《SWEAT》是KISS OF LIFE (KIOF)於 2026 年 8 月 4 日推出的第三張單曲主打歌，由 Julie、Natty、Belle 及 Haneul 合唱。歌曲以 Afro House 節奏為基礎，融合電子流行音樂及拉丁音樂元素，透過鮮明節拍帶出炎夏陽光下的舞蹈感。
